Ashley McKee
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. McKee joined LSB Industries as Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2023. Prior to joining LSB, Ms. McKee served for more than 16 years in progressively responsible Human Resources leadership roles at Williams Companies, a publicly traded energy infrastructure company, most recently as Director of Human Resources Operations. She previously served as Director of Human Resources Business Partners, supporting various engineering and operational groups in their strategic planning, organization development, acquisitions and divestitures, talent development, performance management, and employee relations efforts. Her leadership experience encompasses the areas of HR Information Systems (HRIS), Payroll, HR Call Center, Human Capital Analytics, Contingent Workforce Management and University and Technical School Recruiting. In addition, Ms. McKee led numerous enterprise-wide initiatives, including talent management system implementations, enterprise COVID response, and large-scale reorganizations and synergy alignment efforts.
Ms. McKee holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
