    Company Founded by Jack Golsen

    LSB Industries, Inc. is founded by Jack Golsen in 1968. Company grows as an industrial conglomerate focused on industrial products and climate control systems

  • 1983

    El Dorado Facility Acquired

    Acquired El Dorado, AR chemical manufacturing facility (“ELD”) from Monsanto

  • 1999

    Cherokee Facility Acquired

    Acquired Cherokee, AL chemical manufacturing facility (“CHK”) from La Roche Industries

  • 2010

    Pryor Facility Production Restarted

    Re-started production out of Pryor, OK chemical manufacturing facility (“PRY”), which was acquired in 2000.

  • 2013

    ELD Expansion Begins

    Completed offering of $425 million of senior secured notes and commenced major expansion project at ELD

  • 2015

    ELD Expansion Continues

    Completed structured finance transaction to provide funds to complete ELD expansion; New nitric acid plants at ELD begin production

  • 2016

    ELD Expansion Complete

    New ammonia plant at ELD begins production. Climate Control Business divested for significant gain

    Ops Improvement Initiatives Commence

    Kicked off operational improvement and sales maximization initiatives

    Leadership Changes

    Global Partnership

    Announced Partnership with Global Energy and Chemical Leaders to Develop Large-Scale, Low-Carbon Ammonia Production Export Project on Houston Ship Channel
